Our therapists come from a variety of backgrounds. They have extensive training in their fields and have worked for some of the best spas in the south. We provide our clients with ultimate customer service in all that we do. We want your visit at Simply Your Spa to be a unique and a relaxing one.
Arnold O'Neal, LMT
Arnold, the Spa Manager, is a Licensed Massage Therapist who specializes in fitness and neuromuscular massage, and has a passion for working with clients with chronic and muscular pain. He is a graduate of and has been appointed to the School Advisory Council at Southeastern School of Neuromuscular & Massage Therapy. He is trained in Craniosacral Therapy and Hot Stone Massage and uses a combination of treatment modalities to meet the needs of each client. Arnold is married to a 'massage addict' and has a 15 year old son. Having a desire to give back to his committee he was appointed to the Charleston County Disabilities and Special Needs Board by Governor Sanford in November of 2009. Prior to entering the health care profession, he was an audio engineer in Nashville, TN and worked extensively in the music industry.
Olivia Virant
Olivia, is one of our Assistant Spa Coorinators and is a graduate of Charleston Cosmetology Institute. She brings to Simply Your Spa the knowledge of a licensed Esthetician with numerous certifications. Her certifications include Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning, Photofacial Light Therapy, and Advanced Laser & IPL
Treatments. Olivia is also educated in permanent cosmetics and consultations for botox and collagen fillers. Olivia is also skilled in all types of waxing to include bikini & Brazilian. Olivia recently finished school pursuing
a certificate in nail care technology and aspires to create a medical spa
wellness center in her future.
Cadie Vance
Cadie, is one of our Assistant Spa Coordinators and a Licensed Esthetician. She received her skin care education at Miller Motte Technical College and is certified in microdermabrasion. She has specialized knowledge in the area of Glycolic and Lactic peels and in customizing skin treatments, inparticular for aging and acne. She is skilled in various waxing techniques as well as eyebrow/lash tinting and is extremely passionate about helping clients achieve their skin care goals.
Mary Sandle. LMT
Mary is a Licensed Massage Therapist who specializes in relaxation and fitness massage. She also enjoys the modalities of hot stone, foot reflexology and aromatherapy. Mary is a graduate from Charleston School of Massage and the School of Healing Arts. She has two daughters and is the wife of a retired army veteran, which has allowed her to live all over the world.
Megan Mathis Cain
Megan, a Licensed Esthetician/Skin Care Specialist and Makeup Artist, received her education at Trident Technical College. Megan comes to Simply Your Spa from The Spa at Daniel Island and specializes in custom skin treatments, rosacea/sensitive skin and aging skin. She is also trained in vibradermabrasion and eyelash extensions, eyebrow design and eyebrow/lash tinting. Megan has over 8 yrs experience in Makeup Artistry and has worked with numerous makeup lines to include freelancing for MAC and Bobbi Brown. Megan loves working with her clients to enhance and improve the condition of their skin.
Hope Seel, LMT
Hope is a Licensed Massage Therapist. She graduated from Southeastern School of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy. Hope specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue and Hot StoneMassage. Hope enjoys releasing mental worries, emotional strains, and muscular tension from her clients.
April Stanfield

April is a Licensed Nail Technician who came to Simply Your Spa with over five years experience at a high end exclusive spa in the southeast. She provides exceptional customer service and provides unbeatable nail care services. A true professional as she is also a Dental Hygenist for a local dental practice.
Paulette Wendell, LMT
Paulette is a graduate of the College of Charleston and Southeastern School of Neuromuscular & Massage Therapy. Anticipate peacefulness and professionalism during each therapy session at Simply Your Spa. Having 5 years clinical experience as a licensed massage therapist she has helped clients alleviate symptoms
of a wide variety of disorders and ailments. From migraines to Parkinson's, she believes even chronic pain can be reduced and managed. Routine massage therapy will add life to your lifestyle and never feels routine! Knowing flexibility is paramount to a muscles ability to "breathe", Paulette often blends active and passive stretches into your customized massage. She is additionally trained in Craniosacral therapy and Reflexology to help achieve clients' goal of health,wellness and relaxation.
Tammy Smith, LMT
Tammy recently finished school at the Charleston Cosmetology Institute and holds a Certificate as a Nail Technician. She strives to give complete customer satisfaction paying attention to detail and giving that "perfect polish". Tammy
wants her clients to relax and enjoy their time while at Simply Your Spa.
Tammy is also a Licensed Massage Therapist who graduated from Greenville Technical College in 2003. She has worked in a variety of day spas in South Carolina. Her experience in massage therapy has allowed her to master several modalities including, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Body
Polishing and Body Wraps.Tammy is a Licensed Massage Therapist with over seven years of massage experience and a nail care specialist.
Brooke Gresham
Brooke is a licensed Esthetician. She received her education from Trident Technical College. She loves working on the skin and shares her client's enthusiasm with amazing results. She specializes in many types of treatments including skin calming, prevention and elimination of acne, as well as reversing the aging process. She also enjoys providing foot reflexology.
Chasity Simmons
Chasity is a licensed nail technician who comes to us with years of experience at a high end exclusive spa in the southeast. She brings her exceptional customer service skill and superb nail skills to each and every guest.
Stacey Johnson, LMT
Stacey graduated from massage school in 2003 at the top of her class and has been practicing massage consistently since then. Stacey comes to Simply Your Spa from a private high end spa in the southeast. She has extensive modality training including: hot stone massage, aromatherapy, Swedish massage and deep therapeutic massage. She is a certified Ashiatsu therapist, Certified in CranioSacral Therapy, trained with Benny Vaughn to incorporate Sports Stretching into her treatments and trained with Charles Wiltsie, founder of Lypossage.

Liz is one of our front desk associates. She is a communications major at the College of Charleston and brings great customer service and a ready smile for all guests.
Bobbi Jo O'Neal, RN
Bobbi Jo is a Registered Nurse who has worked in a variety of medical specialty areas. She is a 'massage addict' who is blessed to be married to a massage therapist. She is the owner of Simply Your Spa and is honored to be able to help guests achieve a renewed sense of relaxation, health and wellness.
