Couples Massage Classes
Looking for a unique date night? Why not spend some time with one of our Licensed Massage Therapists and learn how to pamper each other at home. Each couple will spend approximately two hours with a trainer who will show you massage techniques and products you can use at home. Call for availability.
Yoga Workshop for Beginners

Never taken a Yoga class before? Not sure what to wear, what you need to bring, what to expect, where it comes from...........and many other questions? Then this five week workshop if for you. This workshop meets one time each week for five weeks and is an introduction into the practice of yoga. The instructor will provide you an opportunity to learn the very basics and will guide you in a class in which you will feel completely comfortable as everyone else will also be new. You will learn about and begin to experience the benefits of yoga in a small, safe environment that is...simply for you. What do you wear for the first class? Just come in street clothes. The first class is open to everyone and provides you an opportunity to ask questions. Then classes 2 through 5 will walk you through the basics of yoga so you will be prepared to join any of our other classes. $40.00 for the five classes.
