Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your service to allow enough time to check in and relax in our spa lounge. Lockers are provided however, we recommend leaving valuables at home. Please inform your therapist of any injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions as some experiences may be contraindicated.
Undress to your level of comfort. Our therapists use modest draping techniques to ensure that your comfort is always maintained.

Are spa packages available for groups? Yes! Please contact us to help determine the type of services you need.
What if I need to cancel or I arrive late? If a cancellation is inevitable, we understand. However, if you wish to cancel your experience(s), we must receive notice of your cancellation 24 hours in advance for all appointments. If you do not notify us of your cancellation or are a "no-show" for your appointment, we reserve the right to charge your credit card or gift card/certificate which is on hold for 50% of the service dollar for which you were scheduled. "No shows" for scheduled packages may be subject to full service fees. Clients with prior "no shows" may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit or prepay for the entire service(s) when the appointment is made.
If you arrive late for your appointment, the practitioner reserves the right to reduce the length of your session. You will be responsible for the total fee of your treatment scheduled.

Is gratuity included? For your convenience you may elect to add a gratuity to your experience. For those new to spa culture, customary gratuity is 15% of the experience dollar.
What payment methods do you accept? We require a credit card number be on file in order to reserve your spa appointment. Payment for the services rendered is not due until the day of the appointment and can be made with MasterCard, Visa, Discover, a personal check, or cash. Simply Your Spa reserves the right to charge a $25 fee for any returned personal check. Guests may choose to prepay for services.
Do you take any appointments outside of your normal business hours? Yes! Our normal business hours are Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 9:00am-6:00pm, Tuesday and Thursday from 9am-8pm, and Sunday 1:00pm-5:00pm. We do however take appointments after hours by request and for pre-scheduled appointments/parties only. Please contact us for availability.
Do you accept Spa Finder Gift Certificates & Gift Cards? Yes! We accept all Spa Finder Gift Certificates and Gift Cards as well as Spa Wish Gift Certificates and Gift Cards. We are not able however, to accept Spa Finder or Spa Wish Gift certificates or cards for groups and parties who are receiving our group discount.
Do you offer a referral program? Absolutely. We value our clientele. We are grateful for and appreciate your referrals. The greatest compliment we can receive is a referral from a current client. As a result we have a Refer a Friend Program. You will be provided a card that you may give to friends. Simply put your name and phone number on the back of the card. Your friend, the new client, must bring the card with them to their first appointment. The new client will receive $5.00 off their service and you, the referring friend, will also receive a $5.00 voucher to use on your next appointment. Refer as many friends as you would like and your referral account goes up and up. Stop by the spa and pick up the referral cards and start growing your spa account today.
Do you have a Membership Program? We do. Members who opt-in to our email list are automatically enrolled in our Loyalty Rewards Club. Although we call it a club, there are no membership fees or cost to you. We simply ask that you opt-in to our email list and allow us to send you 2 or 3 emails per month to keep you informed of spa news, events and specials. We promise not to abuse our email privilege.
