Yoga Workshop for Beginners

It's back by popular demand. Next workshop starts Monday September 13th at 530pm. Never taken a Yoga class before? Not sure what to wear, what you need to bring, what to expect, where it comes from...........and many other questions? Then this five week workshop if for you. This workshop meets one time each week for five weeks and is an introduction into the practice of yoga. What do you wear for the first class? Just come in street clothes. The first class is open to everyone and provides you an opportunity to ask questions. Then classes 2 through 5 will walk you through the basics of yoga so you will be prepared to join any of our other classes. $40.00 for the five classes. Monday September 13th 530pm.

The Pleasure Seeker- For the ultimate in spa indulgence. Enjoy a 60 minute aromatherapy Simply Your Swedish Massage, followed by the Simply Your Sea Salt Glow. After a few minutes of relaxation in our spa lounge you will be treated to the Simply Your Signature Facial and the Sea Spa Manicure. Finally experience the ultimate indulgence with the Champagne and Rose Pedicure. Please allow 5 hours. ($295.00)

The GQ- The perfect spa package for any man. Includes a Deep Tissue Fitness Massage (60 min), Gentleman's Facial and the Sports Pedicure. Allow 3 hours. ($185.00)

Couple's Spa Package - Redefine 'date-night' and enjoy a time of relaxation together. Be pampered to a one-hour Swedish Couple's Massage. Then move to our pedicure nook built for two and be treated to a couple's pedicure. He will receive our Sea Spa Pedicure and she will be pampered to our Champagne & Rose Pedicure. Couple's may also choose to order a fruit & cheese tray to enjoy during their pedicure as well as a glass of wine or champagne. Ultimate Feet Treat Package - Are your feet tired, sore or just need pampering? Then this is the package for you or to give that someone who deserves to be pampered. You will be treated to a 30 minute ultimate foot massage which includes hot towels, a decadent shea butter lotion and a combination of traditional foot massage and reflexology. You will then move to our pedicure nook for our Sea Spa Pedicure. This package will put pep in your step. Perfect gift for him or her. ($90.00)
